Rates
All rates include a cooked, or continental breakfast, and are inclusive of GST. We are happy to provide the views complimentary to your stay.
Special rates for large groups and guests needing extended stays are available. Contact us for further details.
Check In
Please check in between 3:00PM and 10:30PM. If you cannot arrive between these hours, please contact us to make arrangements.
How to make a Reservation
To make a reservation, please contact us either by telephone or by sending us an email. To secure a reservation, you will need to provide us a valid credit card number. Unfortunately, without a credit card, we will not secure either your reservation or your rate.
How to Pay
Although we take your credit card to reserve your room and rate, we only accept payment in cash at the time you check in, so please plan accordingly. We only charge your credit card should you not show for your reservation and not give us adequate notice.
Cancellation Policy
No charges will incur should you need to cancel your reservation outside 48 hours of your scheduled stay. Should you cancel within 48 hours, your credit card will be charged 50% of the reservation amount. Any stay during a major Waikato event requires 7 day notice of cancellation, or your credit card will be charged 75% of your reservation total.
