Waitomo Caves
In the caves you can see the famous Glowworms or take up the challenge of Black Water Rafting. Stop in at the Otorohanga Kiwi house along the way to see the iconic kiwi bird.
Hobbiton
Experience the real Middle-Earth with a visit to the bucolic setting for The Shire, featured in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit Trilogies. Be sure to book ahead.
Raglan
Raglan is a small beachside town located 45 minutes from Rua Resort. Famous for its surfing, handcrafts and cafes. Take a detour to Bridal Veil Falls on the way.
